Whether you're skating into a high-stakes match or a weekend league, this workout ensures you're game-ready, focused, and physically primed.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and effective training experience, please review the following guidelines for our individual training package: Individual Purchase & Booking: This package is designed for one-on-one training. Each participant must purchase and book their own sessions individually. One Booking per Session: Each session is reserved for a single participant. Please ensure you book your preferred time slot in advance to secure your place. Personalised Experience: Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and fitness level. Your trainer will work closely with you to maximise your progress and performance. Trainer Availability: All bookings are subject to trainer availability and may be rescheduled if necessary. We will notify you as early as possible in the event of any changes. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking. Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions in accordance with our standard terms.
