Cancellation Policy
Booking Guidelines with our coaches • Each participant books and pays for their own sessions individually. • Each session slot is reserved for one participant — book ahead to secure your preferred time. • Sessions are tailored to your goals and current fitness level by our certified coaches. • All bookings are subject to coach/trainer and facility availability. We'll notify you as early as possible of any changes. • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session. • Training involves inherent physical risk. By booking, you acknowledge this risk and agree to our full Waiver & Terms, confirmed at checkout.
