Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and effective training experience for all participants, please note the following booking guidelines for our Doubles Package: Dual Purchase Required: This package is designed for two participants training together. Each participant must purchase their own package to take part in the sessions. Single Booking Per Pair: Only one partner needs to book each session on behalf of the pair. This helps us manage scheduling efficiently and ensures your spot is secured. Shared Responsibility: Both participants are expected to attend each session together. If one partner is unable to attend, the session will still proceed as scheduled unless cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Trainer Availability: All bookings are subject to trainer availability and may be rescheduled if necessary. We will notify you as early as possible in the event of any changes. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking. Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions as per our standard terms.
